Shipping Destinations We currently ship to locations within India using third-party courier services. Please note that we do offer international shipping on special request.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process, and you will have the opportunity to review and accept them before completing your purchase. Usual delivery days are 4-5 days within India.
Lost or Broken Products While we take great care in packaging and handling your orders, we are not liable for lost or broken products during transit. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order with an opening video, without cut. We may require photos or additional information to assist in the resolution process.
Wrong Printing Provided by Client We are not responsible for errors in printing or design files provided by the client. Please carefully review all artwork, text, and design proofs before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made, and refunds will not be issued for errors caused by incorrect client-provided files.
Address Accuracy Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Delivery Issues If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays or delivery attempts, please contact the courier company directly using the tracking information provided. We are unable to control the courier’s delivery process once the order has been shipped.
